Inmate Visitation at Brevard County Jail

Inmates housed in the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Jail Complex are granted the privilege of visitation. The facility utilizes a video visitation system from Smart Communications. Kiosks are installed in all the housing units in the facility. Visits with inmates can be done onsite or remotely. On-site visits are free of charge and set in 30-minute ssegments. Remote video visitation, on the other hand, can be 15 or 30 minutes long and cost $0.25 per minute. These visits can be conducted any time during visitation hours. Inmates can also initiate a visit with family and friends. Visits can be scheduled ahead of time, as early as 24 hours prior but no more than 7 days in advance. Scheduling a visit can be done by logging into your account in Smart Jail Mail.
