Inmate Visitation at Duval County Jail
Inmates of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office are granted visitation privileges. The facilities use a video visitation system. Visitors need to register an account on the Gettingout website. Once the account is approved, inmates can initiate calls to the visitor. All visitors need to be in appropriate attire during the call. In addition, calls cannot be recorded, rebroadcast, or live streamed.

E-H – Tuesday and the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month
I-K – Wednesday and the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month

Duval County Sheriff’s Office Open Records Request
Copies of public records from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is available upon request. A request can be made on the Sheriff’s Office website. Requests can also be made in person by visiting the Public Records Unit at the Police Memorial Building at 501 E. Bay Street. The six substations of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office can also receive public record requests. You can also submit a request by calling 904.630.2209 or sending it through mail.
