Kissimmee Police Department
The Kissimmee Police Department is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the citizens and visitors in the city. It consists of several bureaus and divisions which include Operational Services Bureau, Criminal Investigations Division, Patrol Division, Administrative Services Bureau, and Support Services Division.

The Operational Services Bureau
The Operational Services Bureau is headed by Deputy Chief Betty Holland. This bureau oversees three divisions which are Criminal Investigations, Patrol, and Special Operations.
Criminal Investigations Division
The Criminal Investigations Division is responsible for conducting follow-up investigations on reported crimes. It also performs analysis of crime trends and ensuring the safety of the schools within the community. It consists of several units including Major Crimes, Property Crimes, and the School Resource Officer Unit.
Patrol Division
The Patrol Division is responsible for conducting preventive patrols. It includes the K-9 unit, Park Rangers, and Community Services Officers.
Special Operations Division
The focus of the Special Operations Division is community outreach. It consists of three units which are Street Crimes, Traffic Enforcement, and Problem Oriented Policing.
Support Services Division
This division performs a support function, providing services to the other divisions and units to ensure their successful operation. It oversees several units which are the Forensic Unit, Communication Unit, Records Unit, and Fiscal Unit.
Forensic Unit
The Forensic Unit handles evidence collection and processing. It is also responsible for maintaining evidence collected from crime scenes.
Communication Unit
The Communication Unit is responsible for answering all calls for police service.
Records Unit
The Records Unit handles all reports and recorded materials generated by the department.
